Introducing John Downey.

His farm in Aledo, IL has been in his family for more than a century. He was born into the rich tradition of farming and wouldn't think of leaving it. Farming is in his blood.

 

John is a Farm Bureau Member and a Certified Livestock Manager. He prides himself in providing the natural market with a superior quality product that's safe and consistent. His family raises 6,300 pigs each year and prefers doing it naturally because it's simply better.

 

John and his wife Kay love country living with their children, Matthew, Mary Ellen and Emma. When they get a break, the Downeys also enjoy dining out and vacationing on Lake Michigan.
